A two day all inclusive adventure weekend to BigStyle’s retreat in Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way – to one of the very wildest parts in fact, Louisburgh, Mayo.The whole weekend will be packed with adventure. Kitesurfing, Stand Up Paddleboarding, Surfing, Yoga, coasteering, mountain hiking, bonfires and a whole world of craic. You’ll be exhausted by the end of it.

This little town sits under the gaze of mighty Croagh Patrick – Ireland’s Holy Mountain and it’s a playground of watersports and adventure the likes of which can’t be seen anywhere else in the country.

It’ll be an unforgettable trip!

We’re going to Paddle eight kilometres down river through the heart of Dublin city, taking in some of Dublin’s most famous sights along the way.

We can do it any time you’d like but two of our favourite times to do it are either to set off as the sun rises first thing in the morning, or at sunset exploring the city with only the moon and our head-torches to guide the way.

This will be a fantastic way to see the capital come alive first thing in the morning, paddling towards the rising sun as Dublin wakes up – or at night with moonlight reflections in the water and bridges lit up from underneath with eerie colours.
But we will, of course, do it any time that suits you… but we are at the mercy of the tides, so we’ll have to plan accordingly.

Whenever we choose to do it there’ll hot food and drinks waiting for the triumphant explorers at the end of the adventure. All included in the cost.

Ever wondered what it’s like to travel 15 minutes outside a city, Stand Up Paddleboard to an Island, eat a delicious meal, drink a few beers and then paddle back?

No?… Well we have, and it’s fantastic.

The plan is to meet up at Coliemore harbour which lies on the mainland just half a kilometer from Dalkey Island. We’ll  get into wetsuits and spend about an hour paddling out from the Harbour and around the island to take in the sights. Then when we get to the Island we’ll have a beer and some delicious BBQ (not just burgers and sausages) and paddle back after a few hours.

We’ll have a support boat with us the whole way along, along with friendly, professional guides.

It’s a fine way to finish a workday.

Another Island off Dublin, another opportunity to take it by storm.

Ireland’s Eye lies about 1.5 kilometers off the Dublin suburb of Howth. It’s an amazing place, feels like a world away while being so close to the city.

The plan would be to meet in Howth harbour and paddle the kilometer out to the Island at a leisurely pace. If we have time we’ll paddle around the back of the island and eventually pull into the beach for a hot meal and a beer before heading back to the mainland.

There’ll be boat support and friendly professional guides all along the way.

Great way to wile away a summer’s day.  

This is an old favourite, very simple and great fun.

We meet up in Portobello and set off on our Stand Up Paddleboards towards Inchicore at a leisurely pace, the canal on a summer evening is the perfect place to be, it’ll take us about a two hour round trip and we’ll finish off with a relaxed BBQ and a beer by the canalside.

Perfect after work activity.

Got a large group who want to give kitesurfing a try? We do reduced rates for groups over five and large introductory lessons for groups of over 10.

We are very wind dependant for this sport – so get in touch and we’ll try and match your group’s availability up with some good steady wind.

We’ll be teaching just outside the city centre in Poolbeg and we can cater for groups of up to 15 at a time.

For a short afternoon group event you can’t beat a Stand Up Paddleboarding lesson at our school in seapoint. We can cater for up to 12 people at a time and it’s a fantastic and fun environment to learn how to SUP!

We have a centre in Tanzania and a sister centre in Sri Lanka where we can whisk you away for ten days of non-stop adventure. We’ll teach you how to kitesurf but we’ll also do Stand Up Paddleboarding, surfing, yoga and all sorts of other unspeakable adventures.
