The Not-Just-Yoga Retreat
with Barefeet Living

A week of healthy living and salt water adventure on the Wild Atlantic coast

SEPT 16-21, OCT 14-19

There are no rules for this one.

This is a weekday retreat for anyone who’s seeking a little headspace, fresh air, and inspiration. You might be a remote worker looking for new ideas or just want to take time out of the routine for some creativity and reflection.

The week will bring together the best of yoga and salt water adventure at BigStyle’s beautiful lodge on the Irish Atlantic coast. The yoga classes will be tailored for all levels, from complete beginners to full-scale gurus (so ditch any fear over your inability to swallow your own foot!).

Come and join Pete from Barefeet Living to learn a little more about healthy living, mental wellbeing and how to become a real-life yogic badass.
