Take over the lodge midweek all year round, or on weekends during the off-season (1st November – 28th February), and create your own adventure, retreat, or event with total flexibility on the stunning Mayo coast. The lodge gives you a blank canvas: sleep up to 50 guests in ensuite bedrooms, cook in the fully equipped kitchen with wood-fired pizza oven, host yoga sessions in the panoramic studio, run workshops or gigs on indoor and outdoor stages, and make the most of the spacious communal areas for dining, relaxing, or socialising.

A member of staff will be on-site to keep things running smoothly, but otherwise it’s entirely your event — whether it’s a corporate retreat, hen party, family celebration, or creative weekend away. Optional extras like sauna and hot tub sessions at The Big Dipper spa or pints and pizza from P Dan’s Pub make it easy to add that signature BigStyle touch.

Where We Are

The Lodge is located a 25 minute drive south of Westport, just outside the town of Louisburgh.

From our hilltop vantage point we look out over Cross and Carrowniskey surf beaches, the world class flat water kitesurfing spot of Cross Lake and all the way to Croagh Patrick.

All within a few minutes drive.

Venue hire is available for midweeks or off-season weekends only, with flexible numbers depending on group size.

Can we bring our own catering or use the kitchen?

Yes — the fully equipped kitchen is available for self-catering or catering companies.

Yes, a member of the BigStyle team will be on site to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What optional activities are available?
