Dun Laoghaire

Due to the high demand for our DunLaoghaire Paddleboarding school events we have to operate a moderate cancellation policy.

Firstly once a ticket is booked we have to charge a €5 booking fee that is non-refundable in any instance – unless we have to cancel the booking on our end.

After that the more notice we have the better, and this reflects in what we are able to offer in terms of refunding tickets – meaning the more forewarning we have the more money you get back.

Here’s the breakdown:

If you cancel with more than 7 days notice you will receive a full refund minus the €5 booking fee – per space purchased.

If you cancel with more than 3 days and less than 7 days notice you will receive a 50% refund minus the €5 booking fee – per space purchased.

If you cancel with less than 3 days notice we unfortunately won’t be able to refund any of the ticket price.

In any instance no matter how close to the event the cancellation is we will always  endeavor to accommodate you at another time with no additional cost – but we can’t guarantee it.

For the sake of clarity all cancellations must be made in writing and submitted via email or post. If you simply don’t turn up we won’t be able to refund any of the price of the booking.

The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session at any time without any prior notice where we believe it is necessary due to unsuitable conditions. Rescheduling a session, for example due to weather, is not a cancellation. If a session has to be cancelled by the company, customers have the option to book into another session or to get a full refund.
