The Experience
Step into our riverside sauna, nestled on the grounds of historic Slane Castle, and enjoy 50 minutes of heat, cold dips, and total relaxation. The sauna sits on the remains of an 18th-century canal embankment, creating a calm, sheltered swimming spot just a few paces away.
Take your session at your own pace, unwind by the river, and make use of our coffee truck and cosy hangout area before or after your sauna. For a full riverside day, you can combine this with a SUP session using our on-site stand-up paddleboarding centre.
