The Experience

A calming morning yoga session designed to reset you for the week ahead. No previous SUP or yoga experience is required.

Perfect for beginners and experienced SUP yogis alike, our sessions offer the chance to disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with yourself on the water.

We begin at the BigStyle SUP school, where you’ll get suited up and matched with the right equipment. After a short land-based briefing, we launch from the slipway and paddle out to the yoga station.

Once afloat, you’ll secure your board so you won’t drift away, then enjoy a relaxing yoga session guided by our expert yogi in a calm, sheltered setting.

Each class includes variations for complete beginners, with options to challenge more experienced or adventurous participants. Everyone progresses at their own pace—there’s no pressure to try anything you’re not comfortable with, but plenty of encouragement if you’d like to.

The session includes 1 hour on the water. Please allow 1.5 hours in total, including changing time and the pre-session briefing. Premium equipment and optional wetsuits are included.

Wellness Extra: Enjoy a 20% walk-in discount at Helios Sauna. Transition straight from your board into the heat to complete your Sunday morning recovery ritual

Where We Are

Dun Laoghaire Harbour, just 10km from Dublin city centre, spans 200 acres of historic, sheltered water — making it the perfect place to learn Stand Up Paddle. Protected from most wind directions and offering plenty of space, it’s ideal for beginners. We’re based at the slipway in Coal Harbour, the oldest and most sheltered part of the port, and the perfect spot for your first SUP session.
