Weekend Spa Session
You can come and warm those bones with our 45 min sauna session which includes access to our sauna, plunge pool, , hot-tub, cold showers and changing facilities.
At the open sauna session the facilities will be shared with our other clients but it will be limited to 10 people max, so you won’t get lost in the crowd!
What to expect?
Our wood burning sauna is kept to a balmy 80 – 90 degrees and looks over one of the most beautiful views in the country.
Our hot tub is also heated by a wood burning stove. It is located outdoors on our deck overlooking Clew Bay and Clare Island. It is kept between 36 and 38 degrees celcius so you can warm your bones while taking in the stunning scenery.
When you need to cool down be sure to take a plunge in our cedar wood tub filled with chilled fresh water or hop in one of our cold showers.
Feel free to spend your time going between the sauna, hot tub and the cold water elements to make sure you’re making the most of the experience!
Afterwards you can use our changing facilities or take a few minutes to relax on our deck and take in the view.

Be Sure To
We’d recommend taking a dip in the ocean down on Killadoon beach before you come and visit the Big Dipper, and grabbing a pint and a bite to eat in P Dan’s Gastropub afterwards.
