Purpose of the Role
As Duty Manager at BigStyle Lodge and its subsidiary businesses, you will oversee day-to-day lodge and event operations to ensure excellent guest experiences, smooth team coordination, and safe, efficient operations. Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee daily lodge operations, events, and guest stays
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Act as the main on-site point of contact for guests and visiting partners

Staff & Volunteer Coordination

Key Responsibilities
HR & Staff Management
- Supervise and manage surf instructors, Dipper operators, yoga teachers, and activity staff
- Coordinate availability of instructors and ensure all sessions are delivered by qualified personnel

As the Big Dipper Operator, you will oversee the operation of the sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge pools, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and enjoyable experience for all guests. You will work closely with the Activities Lead and support overall lodge operations, especially during peak season.

Operation & Maintenance
- Run and monitor sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge pools, including managing fire, heat, and water cycles
