The Experience
Enjoy a fully private 50-minute session for your group (up to 15 people, additional guests €17 each). Move at your own pace between the wood-burning sauna (80–90°C), the outdoor hot tub (36–38°C), and the chilled plunge pool or cold showers to completely reset and relax. After your session, unwind on the deck, taking in the sweeping ocean and island views, or use the changing and bag storage facilities.
For the full coastal experience, a pre-session dip at Killadoon Beach is invigorating, and afterwards you can head across the lodge courtyard to P Dan’s Pub for a pint or a bite to eat. Perfect for groups, friends, or families wanting a private, unhurried spa experience.

The Lodge is located a 25 minute drive south of Westport, just outside the town of Louisburgh.
From our hilltop vantage point we look out over Cross and Carrowniskey surf beaches, the world class flat water kitesurfing spot of Cross Lake and all the way to Croagh Patrick.
