The Experience

Our SUP school sits on a calm, scenic stretch of the River Boyne within the grounds of historic Slane Castle — perfect for first-timers or confident paddlers seeking adventure. Join a lesson with one of our qualified instructors, rent a board to explore at your own pace, or take on a guided downriver trip past Slane Castle.

When you’re done, warm up in the riverside sauna, take a refreshing dip in the river, grab a coffee, and relax under the trees. It’s the ultimate combination of activity, recovery, and riverside chill.
